Frank Szczepanski was known throughout the Plymouth-Canton recreational baseball and softball community as “Coach Frank” for 16 years. He joined the Salem High Lady Rocks coaching staff in 2004, retiring after 12 seasons.
He believed that passion, dedication and determination always outweighed talent. As a coach, he wanted his players to work hard but more importantly have fun. He was committed to ensuring equal opportunity for all players.
The Coach Frank Foundation was established to carry on his dedication to providing those in need with the opportunity to be a part of a team.
